Eligibility for Returns

- Gift cards or vouchers.
- Personal care items such as skincare, cosmetics, or hygiene products, if the packaging has been opened.

- Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
Exchange Policy
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different product, please initiate a return and place a new order.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
