Eligibility for Returns

  2. Condition: The product must be unused, unopened, and in the same condition that you received it, including the original packaging, tags, and seals.
  3. Non-Returnable Items:

    • Items purchased on clearance or as part of a sale promotion.
    • Gift cards or vouchers.
    • Personal care items such as skincare, cosmetics, or hygiene products, if the packaging has been opened.

Exchange Policy

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different product, please initiate a return and place a new order.
